still kicking!

Taken by me a couple months ago. Chikugo River is the longest river in the island of Kyushu (143km/80mi)
It runs right through my city.

Hey folks!! Sorry for not updating in a loooooong time. To be honest, it's because of simple laziness.

Summer vacation is coming in a couple weeks and I can't wait to get a much needed break from work. I simply plan on traveling around Japan hitting up the following prefectures: Osaka, Nagasaki, Kumamoto and Miyazaki, all of which I've visited before.

    1. Since I live in Kyushu, it's easy for me to travel around here. I'd really like to check out central and northern Honshu.
Do you plan on going abroad this summer? I really wanted to travel around Scandinavia, but I'll save that for next year. Need a bit more money to save.

    1. Fabulous! May I ask where you're headed to this year and where you went last year? I'm actually regretting that I didn't decide on traveling outside of Japan.... I love Japan, but I wouldn't mind a break away from it for a while.

I posted that "40 by 40" entry by accident. I was still in the middle of editing it, but it will be up sometime this week.
